Child Policy & Extra Adult
· Children below 5 years without extra bed stay free with their parents· Children between 5-12 years – INR 1000 on MAP per night.
· Extra adult charges of INR 1350 MAP per night.
Reservation
· For reservation enquiries please provide us with the proposed dates of your holiday, number of nights you plan to stay, number of persons in your party (adults and children, if any) and the type of accommodation preferred. Additionally, we can suggest the best possible options available to best suit your requirements.· Bookings can be made simply by making an advance deposit either through Net Banking or Bank Transfer done via RTGS/ NEFT. International remittances are made via SWIFT. For procedural details please contact us.
· 100% advance deposit required to guarantee booking.
Important
· A valid photo ID must be presented upon check-in. Identification proof accepted is Passport, Driver’s License or Voters Registration Card.· All disputes subject to Manali Jurisdiction
· The management reserves the right to alter the room tariff without any prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
· Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).· Standard check-in time is 12 hrs and check-out time is 10 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and is chargeable
· All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation. In case we receive the payment and there are no rooms available, full booking amount will be refunded.
· Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All Cancellations must be made in writing.
· Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions
· 18% taxes are applicable on all the room categories and packages. VAT as applicable on F & B.
· Off season rates are not applicable during the Long Weekend Christmas and New Year period.
· Length of Stay can be extended on pro-rata basis subject to availability of rooms.
